Checking The Component And Wiring

HINT: The fuel temperature sensor is integrated in the fuel pressure sensor. 

Check the fuel pressure sensor between terminals #1 and #2 (sensor side). Check the resistance.

Check the cable between engine control module (ECM) terminal #A71 (#B11) and fuel temperature sensor terminal #2. Check for a short-circuit to ground. Check for an open-circuit.

Remedy as necessary.
