Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information IAM-B1D7812

Condition

The Integrated Audio Module (IAM) checks the direct current on the signal cable from the AUX panel.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

Direct current (DC) is too high.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

Request for self-test.
Special tool connected to the AUX panel.

NOTE:

The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
