Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PHM-5529
Condition
The Phone module (PHM) compares the signal strength between the main antenna and the internal GPS antenna.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- None of the antennas has greater signal strength than the other.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts when:
- The remote key has been removed five times in a row.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
