Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) RTI-2100 is stored if the road traffic information (RTI) control module registers that communication with the DVD player is broken.

Possible Source 

• The DVD player does not reply to communication from the road traffic information (RTI) control module after 10 attempts.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Information on the display is not updated.
