Checking Wiring

Check the relay coil driver circuit for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage by taking a voltmeter reading between terminal #2 and ground in the relay base for relay 2/116.

HINT: The voltage between terminal #2 and ground should be approximately 0 volt.
