Checking the relay

• Ignition off.

  Check that relay 2/29 is installed correctly. At the same time check the relay connections, in particular 2/29 #2, for a short circuit to ground as described in Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults . Also check the relay circuit for any open circuits, as described in Open-circuit, permanent faults .
