Checking the signal wire

• Ignition off.
• Disconnect the 20-pin connector (group D) from the central electronic module (CEM).
• Disconnect the connector from the electronic lever module on the automatic gearbox.

  Check the signal wire between central electronic module (CEM) 1D and automatic gearbox electronic lever module 3 for a short circuit to voltage supply as described in Short-circuit to supply voltage, permanent faults .

  Do the necessary corrective action.

• YES

• NO
