Intermittent fault

Check the signal lead between: 

• between central electronic module (CEM) 14C and fuel pump relay 2/23 1 (large illustration) and fuel pump 1 (small illustration).

for a short circuit to voltage supply as described in Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults .

Do the necessary corrective action.
