Checking the signal cable for open circuit

• Ignition off
• Remove fuel pump relay 2/23 from the central electronic module (CEM) base.

  Check the signal cables between fuse 11C/33 terminal #2 and fuel pump relay 2/23 terminal #3. Check for an open-circuit.

  Remedy as necessary.

• YES 

  Refer to Replacing the component - fuel pump relay 

• NO 

  Refer to Verification
