Checking wiring and connectors
Check control module and air conditioning (A/C) pressure sensor connector for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact resistance and oxidation and loose connections according to Loose connections (terminals) .
Check signal cable between control module #B44 (#B54) and air conditioning (A/C) relay #4 for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Open-circuit, intermittent faults and an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults .
Check cable between air conditioning (A/C) relay #2 and fuse 5 (in the engine compartment integrated relay/fusebox) for an intermittent open-circuit according to Open-circuit, intermittent faults .
