Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) DDM/PDM-0020 is stored if the control module registers the signal from hall sensor H2 but not H1 when the power window lift motor is activated.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Hall sensor H1 not working.
• Short-circuit in the signal cable for hall sensor H1.
• Open-circuit in the signal cable for Hall sensor H1.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Automatic window closure does not function.
