Condition

The infotainment control module (ICM) checks the communication with the AM/FM tuner module (AFM).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the infotainment control module (ICM) registers a fault in the communication with the AM/FM tuner module (AFM).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed with the ignition on and the battery voltage above 11 V.

• None.

Possible Source 

• Internal fault in the AM/FM tuner module (AFM)
• AM/FM tuner module (AFM) missing.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The radio is not working.
