Connecting The Breakout Box

Connect adapter see 9512882 to the control module connector (wiring side). Connect breakout box see 9511428 to the adapter. Multimedia module (MMM) terminals #B1-#B10 correspond to terminals #1-#10 on the breakout box. Connect adapter see 9511508 to the control module connector (wiring side). Connect breakout box see 9511428 to the adapter. Multimedia module (MMM) terminals #A1-#A5 correspond to terminals #21-#25 on the breakout box.

The breakout box is designed to facilitate reading off the control module input and output signals when the control module is connected and cable and component resistance when the control module is disconnected. The use of a breakout box reduces the risk of accidentally short-circuited cables and damage to the connectors

Disconnecting breakout box 

In reverse order.

NOTE: Before the control module can be checked and readings taken, the removed fuses must first be installed.
