Checking the wiring and component

Check the cable between control module terminal #45 and heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) connector terminal #4. Check for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Try a new heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) if no fault is found during the above fault-tracing.

Remedy as necessary.
