• Ignition off.
• Start and stop the engine a few times.
• Let the engine idle.

  Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

Is diagnostic trouble code (DTC) DSA-223 still stored? 

• YES 

  Refer to Checking the DSA control module 

• NO 

  Refer to Faulty signal. Intermittent fault
