• Ignition off
• Reconnect the connectors, reinstall components etc.
• Connect VCT 2000
• Ignition on.

  Replace the system relay.

Was a clear click sound heard from the system relay? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
