Checking the signal

HINT: The control module for the steering wheel angle sensor has been unable to determine whether the fault is active or not. Therefore a test routine will be run.

• Ignition on
• Turn the steering wheel to the limit position in both directions twice
• Activate the test routine.

  Select an alternative below:

  1. The fault is active. Refer to Short-circuit between the signal cables .
  2. Analysis complete. Refer to Short-circuit between the signal cables .
  3. Non-active fault. Refer to Checking wiring and terminals
