Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the rear electronic module (REM) registers a low signal on the relay coil.

The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed when the relay is not activated.

Substitute Value 

• Nothing.

Possible Source 

• Damaged relay, open circuit or short circuit to ground in relay coil.
• The relay is loose or missing
• Oxidation on the relay base switches.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Engine does not run on gas.
• Switching to gas operation causes engine breakdown.
