Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-1A06 is stored if the central electronic module (CEM) registers open-circuit in the 15-supply.

Possible Source 

• Contact resistance in terminals.
• Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in 15-supply.
• Defective ignition switch.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Windshield wiper motor does not operate.
• The starter motor does not turn.
