Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information RDAR-0008

Condition 

The remote digital audio receiver module (RDAR) checks its internal temperature.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• Temperature exceeds a specific value.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Ignition switch position I and II.

• None.

Possible Source 

• Temperature in the component or system too high.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Digital Radio; No Functionality
