Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information AUD-001D

Condition
The Audio module (AUD) checks the temperature at the transmitting diode in the MOST connector.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The temperature is too high.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated control module.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
Substitute Value
- Switched off control module.
Possible Source
- Ambient temperature too high.
- Power consumption too high in the control module.
- Damaged audio module (AUD).
