Condition

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module registers that the relay for power window down in the rear door is inactive, despite the fact that it should be active.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Damaged relay
• The relay has stuck in the inactive position.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The power window mechanism in the rear door does not operate.
