Intermittent fault
- Ignition off.
Check control module and speed (RPM) sensor connectors for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact resistance and oxidation .
Check power supply cable between control module #A59 and transmission connector #16 for an intermittent open-circuit according to Open-circuit, intermittent faults and an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults .
Check signal cable between control module #A41 and transmission connector #17 for an intermittent open-circuit according to Open-circuit, intermittent faults and an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults .
Remedy as necessary.
