Checking The Component And Wiring

Check the cables for lighting the switch at control module connector A. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

Check between:

• terminals #3 (#3) and #13 (#13)
• terminals #3 (#3) and #14 (#14)
• terminals #3 (#3) and #6 (#6)
• terminals #4 (#4) and #13 (#13)
• terminals #4 (#4) and #14 (#14)A
• terminals #4 (#4) and #6 (#6).

Try replacing the switch if the cables are OK.

Remedy as necessary.
