If SWM microprocessor/control unit registers that Volume+ and Volume- buttons on audio/telephone control switch are activated at the same time, diagnostic trouble code SWM-0013 is displayed.

• Volume+ and Volume- buttons on audio/telephone control switch are activated at the same time.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Radio steering wheel buttons do not work
• Telephone steering wheel buttons do not work.
