Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0005 is stored if the keypad unit/carphone module registers that the MBUS signal is too low.

Possible Source 

• Too many faulty transmissions on the MBUS signal between the carphone box and the keypad unit/carphone module.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The carphone does not function.
• Combined instrument panel message that the carphone is not functioning.
