Checking the component and cable

- Ignition off.
Check the cable between central electronic module (CEM) connector terminal #3B and ignition switch connector 15A terminal #1. Check for an open-circuit. Check for a short-circuit to ground.
Other information:
- The voltage must be the same as battery voltage if the key is in position II or III
