Checking wire between battery and alternator.

Check the wire between alternator 1A and starter motor 1 (red/green wire and flat pin) for an open circuit as described in Open-circuit, intermittent faults , and for a short circuit to ground as described in Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults .

Also check the wire between starter motor 1 and battery positive terminal in the same way.
