Installing engine compartment components
WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 9 other vehicles, including the 2009 Volvo S60, 2008 Volvo S60, 2007 Volvo S60, 2006 Volvo S60, and 2005 Volvo S60. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
Install:
- the inner of the 2 hose couplings for the passenger compartment heater connecting sleeve in the firewall
- the vacuum hose on the engine pad
- the charge air pipe for the turbocharger (TC)
- the cable harness to the charge air pipe. Use a tie strap
- the hose between the intake manifold and charge air cooler (CAC)
- the clamps for the cable harness on the engine.
Tighten the 1 x M10 nut for the rear engine pad.
