Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0019 is stored if the control module registers that one of the function buttons on the climate control assembly has been in active mode (pressed in) continuously for more than 3 minutes.

Substitute Value 

• The function button is disconnected.

Possible Source 

• The function button has stuck in the pressed in position
• Involuntary activation of the function button
• Defective function button.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The function button is not working.
