Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Memory button 1 must be activated before the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PSM-0028 is stored if memory button 1 has been activated for longer than 60 seconds.

Possible Source 

• Memory button 1 is jammed in the depressed position.
• Defective control panel.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Button 1 does not function.
