Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

The power seat module (PSM) can store a seat setting in memory position 2. Memory button 2 must be activated for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) to be detected. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PSM-001A is stored if the power seat module (PSM) detects that the setting in memory position 2 does not correspond with a calculated check sum.

Possible Source 

• Memory position 2 not stored.
• Memory position incorrectly stored.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Memory function 2 does not function.
