Fault Conditions

Control modules communicate with each other in a network via a standardized serial communication procedure - Controller Area Network (CAN) - to exchange information. ECM-A00B is stored if ECM registers a fault in communication with the Transmission Control Module (TCM).

Fault can cause harsh gear shifts.
