Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SWM-0014 is stored if the micro processor or steering wheel module registers that two or more switches on the RTI multi button are activated at the same time.

Substitute Value 

None.

Possible Source 

• Two or more switches on the RTI multi-switch are activated at the same time.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The RTI controls on the steering wheel do not function.
