Keyless Entry System & Door Locks - Power: Programming: Transmitters

NOTE: Transmitters must be reprogrammed within 30 seconds of programming or reprogramming of receiver module.
  1. Make sure all doors, hood and trunk/tailgate are closed. Turn ignition switch to ON and OFF positions 5 times in 10 seconds. Leave ignition on after fifth time. Depress either button on transmitter. When the alarm system accepts the code from the transmitter, the LED on the dashboard will come on steady for a few seconds.
  2. The first transmitter must be programmed within 15 seconds. The remaining transmitters must be programmed within 10 seconds of each other. Turn ignition switch to OFF position and test transmitter.
