740 Turbo: Checking

Open throttle and check the gap between throttle lever and adjustment screw with a feeler gauge. See Fig 3 . With a 0.45 mm feeler gauge there should be no click from idle switch when throttle is closed.
With a 0.15 mm feeler gauge there should be a click from idle switch when throttle is closed. If gap is OK, return to fault tracing where it was interrupted. If gap is not OK, adjust throttle position switch.
