Throttle Valve

  1. Loosen throttle valve switch. Turn switch clockwise. Remove link rod from throttle control pulley. Loosen throttle adjustment screw lock nut. Loosen adjustment screw until throttle valve completely closes.
  2. Tighten adjustment screw until it just touches throttle valve lever. Tighten screw an additional 1/4 turn and tighten lock nut. Check throttle valve for free movement. Adjust throttle valve switch and link rod.
