Checking Procedure

Raise 1 rear wheel and block opposite side. Place trans- mission in neutral and release parking brake. Remove raised wheel. Attach torque wrench to axle flange. Rotate axle flange and measure friction torque of LSD. If rotational friction is below minimum specification, friction discs and plates in LSD must be replaced.
