Throttle Valve

  1. Loosen adjustment screw lock nut (8mm wrench). Loosen adjustment screw until throttle valve completely closes.
  2. Tighten adjustment screw until it just touches throttle valve lever. Tighten screw an additional 1/4 turn and tighten lock nut. Check that throttle valve moves easily and does not bend.
