Water Pump: Notes

  1. Drain coolant from radiator. Remove expansion tank and hose. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses.
  2. Remove bolts from radiator and fan shroud. Lift radiator from vehicle.
  3. Remove water pump.
  4. When refitting water pump, ensure sealing rings on upper side of pump locate correctly. Also press pump upward against cylinder head extension, so sealing between water pump and cylinder head will be adequate.
