Button In Handle, Moving Into Installation Position

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Locking Button Removal Tool :T40203 

Conditions

• If the button was pushed in by mistake, the installed position must be set again.

-- Insert the Locking Button Removal Tool :T40203  -A- all the way in -direction of the arrow B- into the selector lever handle -1- with the opening pointing to the left.

-- Hold the selector lever handle -1- and turn the Locking Button Removal Tool :T40203  -A- 180° in -direction of the arrow C-.

-- Remove the Locking Button Removal Tool :T40203  -A- in -direction of the arrow D-.

-- Make sure that the button -2- is pressed out and engaged.
