Transmission Fluid Level, Checking
CAUTION:
Risk of injury due to fluid escaping.
Irritation and injury to the skin and eyes are possible.
- Wear protective eyewear.
- Wear safety gloves.
Allocate the transmission fluid. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
Conditions
- The vehicle must be level when checking the transmission fluid level.
-- Remove the plug for the transmission fluid filler hole -arrow-.
Conditions
- The transmission must be filled to the lower edge of the transmission fluid filler hole.
-- Insert a transmission fluid filler hole plug -arrow- and tighten.
