MECHATRONIC, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. At the same time note the following:

Check the O-ring -arrow- on the connector for the Dual-Clutch Transmission Mechatronic -J743- for damage. Replace a faulty O-ring.

Replace the bolts for the Dual-Clutch Transmission Mechatronic -J743-.
If the Dual-Clutch Transmission Mechatronic -J743- is being replaced, the O-ring is included in the replacement part delivery package.

-- Carefully place the Mechatronic -1- in the transmission.

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- for the Dual-Clutch Transmission Mechatronic -J743-. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the transmission fluid pan. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID PAN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the transmission oil and check the oil level. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID .

-- Perform a basic setting for the Mechatronic:

-- Connect the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester and start Guided Functions .
