Note The Tightening Sequence For The Steering Gear On Vehicles With Electromechanical Steering Gear:

• Pre tighten the bolts -1, 2, and 3- after each other by hand.
• Pre-torque the bolts -1 and 2- after each other to 10 Nm.
• Tighten the bolts -1, 2, and 3- one after the other to the to the tightening specification.

-- Connect the connectors -1 and 2- so that they audibly click into place.
