3. Housing
   • Lower Section
   • Heater and A/C Unit, Removing and installing. Refer to HEATER AND A/C UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Heater and A/C Unit, Disassembling and Assembling. Refer to HEATER AND A/C UNIT, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
4. Bolts
   • 1.5 Nm
5. Fresh Air Blower Series Resistor with Fuse -N24-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to Fresh Air Blower Series Resistor with Fuse -N24-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Evaporator Temperature Sensor -G308-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to Evaporator Temperature Sensor -G308-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Seal
   • Replace if damaged
8. Expansion Valve
   • Removing and installing. Refer to EXPANSION VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
9. Seals
   • Replace after removing.
   • Coat with refrigerant oil before installing.
   • Quantity: 2
10. Fresh Air Blower -V2-
    • Checking. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Fresh Air Blower -V2-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Bolt
    • 2 Nm
12. Dust and Pollen Filter
    • Removing and installing. Refer to DUST AND POLLEN FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
13. Cover
    • For dust and pollen filter
14. Bolt
    • 1 Nm
15. Bolts
    • 0.3 Nm
    • Quantity: 2
16. Partition
    • Removing and installing. Refer to PARTITION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
17. Condensation Water Drain
    • Checking using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to CONDENSATION WATER DRAIN, CHECKING .
    • Removing and installing. Refer to CONDENSATION WATER DRAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
18. Air Distribution Housing
    • Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DISTRIBUTION HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
19. Seal
    • Replace if damaged
    • Check the foam seals for damage and that they are correctly bonded
20. Evaporator
    • Removing and installing. Refer to EVAPORATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
21. Auxiliary Heater Heating Element -Z35-
    • Checking using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Auxiliary Heater Heating Element -Z35-, CHECKING .
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Auxiliary Heater Heating Element -Z35-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
