1 - O-ring

2 - Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor -G40-*

Component location. Refer to Overview of Component Locations (vehicles with engine code AFP) , component locations overview
unclip to remove wiring for ignition coil, item 5 under Parts of the ignition (vehicles with engine code AFP), removing and installing
Terminals of sensor and connector are gold-plated
checking. Refer to Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor, checking

3 - 10 Nm

6 - Connector

7 - Ignition Coil -N152-*

Component location. Refer to Overview of Component Locations (vehicles with engine code AFP) , component locations overview
with marking for ignition wires, do not interchange
checking. Refer to Ignition coil (vehicles with engine code AFP), checking

8 - Cover piece

9 - 3-pin harness connector

10 - 20 Nm

11 - Knock Sensor (KS) 2 -G66-*

Terminals of sensor and connector are gold-plated
contact surfaces between knock sensor and cylinder block must be free of corrosion, dirt and grease
Component location: between cyl. 4 and cyl. 6
checking. Refer to Knock sensors, checking

12 - Sensor wheel

For Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor -G40-
Contact surface at camshaft chain gear and sensor wheel must be dry when installing
if sensor wheel has been removed, check timing after installation

13 - Camshaft chain sprocket

14 - Camshaft roller chain

15 - Knock Sensor (KS) 1 -G61-*

Terminals of sensor and connector are gold-plated
contact surfaces between knock sensor and cylinder block must be free of corrosion, dirt and grease
Component location: between cyl. 1 and cyl. 3
checking. Refer to Knock sensors, checking

16 - 3-pin harness connector

17 - 100 Nm

oil contact surface of bolt head when installing
to remove and install, counter-hold at crankshaft using an open-end wrench (24 mm)

18 - Spark plug, 25 Nm

Type and spark plug gap. Refer to Test data, spark plugs , test data, spark plugs

19 - Spark plug connector with ignition wire and interference suppression connector
