Master Switch In Left Door Check

  1. Set DVOM to the ohmmeter position. Connect DVOM Black (-) lead to terminal No. 11 (Green/Yellow wire)w wire). Connect DVOM Red (+) lead to terminal No. 17 (Gray/Red wire). See Figure . Press power window switch down position. Observe ohmmeter.
  2. If no continuity is indicated, check for open in Green/Yellow and/or Gray/Red wire(s). Repair wiring as necessary. If wiring is good, replace switch. If continuity is indicated, go to next step.
  3. Connect DVOM Red (+) lead to terminal No. 16 (Gray/Black wire). Operate switch to raise window. If no continuity is indicated, check for open in Gray/Black wire. Repair wiring as necessary. If wiring is good, replace master power window switch. If continuity is indicated, go to RIGHT FRONT WINDOW SWITCH CHECK.
