Front IP Speaker Removal And Installation/Replacement

Overview: 

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side. 

1. Remove Instrument Panel Side Speaker Grille. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL SIDE SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
2. Remove both screws (1).

   Torque: 1.2 Nm 

3. Guide the front IP speaker (2) upwards out of the instrument panel.

4. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector (1).
5. Remove the front IP speaker (2).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install Instrument Panel Side Speaker Grille. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL SIDE SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
