| Failure Criteria |
EEPROM Write/Read Fail, CRC Error is detected Failure is detected if Error flag is set over 5times
- 2) ROM/RAM Error Occur
- ECC detect function is used for ROM/RAM error detection
Failure is detected if Error flag is set over 5times
- 3) MCU Trap Occur
Failure is detected if Error flag is set over 5times
- 4) Stack Over Flow Occur
- Failure is detected if the stack pointer is pointing out of the address defined available stack range
- 5) Cycle Time Over Occur
- In case that the program execution time of Task 5 ms exceeds more than 10% of the loop time 10 times
- In case that the program execution time of Task 1 ms exceeds more than 0% of the loop time 20 times
- 6) ADC Converter Error Occur
- Failure is detected if ADC is not completed
- 7) Oscillator Error Occur
- Failure is detected in case of oscillator failure while initializing the clock
- 8) PFM Error
- PFM error occurs more than 5times
- 9) MPU Error
- MPU error occurs more than 5times
- 10) MCU VCC 3.3 V detection
- VCC Error occurs more than 30 times continuously
- 11) ASIC related error occurred
- ASIC power, oscillator, nvm, spi and current error occurred more than 100 ms continuously
- 12) Core0/2 Stuck monitoring
- Core0/2 stuck is occurred more than 4times
- 13) Rom Check Logic,
- Check the consistency of flashed binary on IGN On.
- Rom Check Logic is Application/Calibration Data Consistency Check. It can be seen that the detection is Application/calibration not programmed.
- Failure is detected if Error flag is set over 2times
