Enable Criteria After the system starts normally

  2. Initialization failed?
  3. SLAM mapping error;
  4. SLAM initialization failed
Failure/Mature Time 1event failed
Pass Criteria
  1. Successed to read parameter file
  2. Initialization succeeded?
  3. SLAM mapping ok
  4. SLAM initialization succeeded
Pass/De-mature Time 1event ok
Failure Aging 40 Ignition Cycles
